Spring Soccer K-8th Grade

This short season is designed to allow players (K - 8th grade) an extra opportunity to play soccer and have fun. During the spring season, practices are typically held ONCE per week (Mon-Fri). Times for practices are usually from either 5-6:30 pm or 6:30-8:00 pm. Field availability for practices are limited in the spring and will be scattered throughout the Beaverton area, travel outside your immediate neighborhood may be required.

Coaches will contact players approximately ONE week before practice is set to begin. In the spring, practices generally begin AFTER Spring Break. If you have not heard from a coach/age group coordinator after the beginning of April, please make sure to contact the office as we will try to address any issues.

Due to the possibility of extreme weather conditions, practices/games may be postponed/cancelled. There is no guarantee that practices/games will be made up. Extreme weather conditions are a risk for outdoor sports programs and can happen anytime of year.

The recreational league generally has games on Saturday, but there may be mid-week games as well (older age groups). Games begin in early April and continue until late May.

Registration begins in November for individuals who want to play for a Westside Soccer Club team.

There is no High School recreational soccer during the Spring season.

Registration for non Westside teams who want to enter an entire team into the spring league, will open in December.

More information about this program can be found on the Micros (K-1st Grade) Spring page and the Grades 2-8 Spring page.
