Spring 2026 Season

Spring 2026 Season

Westside Soccer Club Families — Welcome to Spring 2026!

We’re excited to kick off another great season with you. Below is the key information you’ll need for a smooth and successful spring. Please read carefully, and if you still have questions, feel free to contact our office at westsidesoccerinfo@gmail.com.

⚽ Volunteer Needs

Westside Soccer Club is entirely volunteer‑run, and we couldn’t operate without the incredible people who step up to coach, serve as AGCs (Age Group Coordinators), and also our executive board.
We currently have openings on the board—if you’re interested in helping, please reach out to president@westsidesoccerclub.com.

📱 Teams

Teams have been formed and are now visible in the Otto/Demosphere app. Please download or update the app to ensure you receive team messages.
Not all coaches use the app; some communicate by email instead. Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder, as emails will not come from Westside Soccer Club addresses.

🏃 Practice Schedule

Practices begin the week of Monday, March 30, field conditions permitting. Your head coach will share your team’s specific practice schedule. This season is shorter than fall, so we only have one practice per week.

🗓️ Game Schedule

Games begin Saturday, April 4, weather permitting.

Grades 2–8

Schedules are posted on the THJSL website (https://tualatinhillsjuniorsoccerleague.com)
Navigate to Games → Schedules, review the Jewelry Policy, then select Westside. Find your age group and coach’s name to view your schedule.

Micro (Kindergarten & 1st Grade)

Schedules will be posted on the Micro page of the Westside website.

👕 Uniforms

Kindergarten & 1st Grade

Players receive their jersey and socks directly from their coach.

Grades 2–8

Uniforms are the standard Westside kit, available at Tursi’s Soccer Store.
Re‑using uniforms from previous seasons is perfectly fine, and players may choose any jersey number.

If purchasing a new uniform, we recommend buying in person at Tursi’s, as online orders may not ship quickly.

Gear Donations

If your player has outgrown gear, please consider donating it to support families in need.
Donations can be dropped off at:

🧑‍⚖️ Behavior at Games

We expect all players, parents, and coaches to model positive behavior. Please keep comments supportive and encouraging at all times.

Westside Soccer Club does not tolerate physical abuse, sexual abuse, bullying, or harassment. Violations will result in disciplinary action.

Respect the Referees

US Soccer updated its Referee Abuse Penalties last spring—please review the Referee Abuse Prevention Policy.
Referees must be treated with respect at all times. We cannot afford to lose officials due to negative sideline behavior.

If you or your child (age 13+) are interested in becoming a referee, visit www.oregonreferee.com for training information.

🎉 Here’s to a fun spring season!
